Where we deliver

We primarily deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any other destination is available only where Shopify checkout offers a shipping method for that address.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout using your delivery address and basket. We do not advertise a free-delivery threshold unless it is actually enabled in the store.

Delivery times

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the estimate applicable to your order. Unless another period is agreed with you, consumer orders are delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

Dispatch and tracking

When tracking is available, it is included in your dispatch or order status communication. You can also see the options on our Track Order page.

Delays or missing deliveries

If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before completing payment. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
