These terms apply to purchases made through the Kisma Ventures online store.
About us
Kisma Ventures is the trading name of Kisma Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17334467. You can contact us at contact@kismaventures.co.uk.
Products and pricing
Product descriptions, prices and availability are shown on the website and are supplied from our Shopify catalogue. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate, but we may correct an obvious pricing, stock or description error before accepting an order.
Orders and contract formation
When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Payment
Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout using the payment methods made available there. We do not directly store your full card details.

Cancellation and returns
For most goods bought online, consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Once you tell us you are cancelling, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Exceptions can apply to certain goods. See our Returns and Refunds page for details.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
